Xeit AI stores your conversations, uploaded documents, and activity so Verity can work, preserve context, and improve over time. We limit your account profile to the information we need to sign you in, such as your name and email. When we use your activity to improve Verity, we de-identify it first. We remove direct identifiers such as your name and email, and replace internal identifiers with one-way hashes before data enters development datasets. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build marketing profiles about you.

Verity uses Anthropic’s family of models to generate responses. Your content may be sent to Anthropic through its API and processed under Anthropic’s commercial/API policies. Anthropic states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default, and retained API data is not used for training without express permission: Anthropic Privacy Center, Claude API data retention docs.

You may ask us to delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your account data from our systems and excludes it from future development use, subject to legal, security, and service-provider retention limits.
