Xeit AI private alpha

Privacy notice

Verity is alpha software from Xeit AI. This notice explains what we collect, how we store it, how it is used, and what choices you have during the alpha.

What we collect

How it is stored

Verity stores alpha activity on Xeit-controlled hardware. Conversation, upload, telemetry, and memory records are keyed to internal identifiers. Your email and profile name are held in the account record and are not used as the primary key for activity records.

How it is used

We use your data to operate the service, preserve continuity across sessions, debug failures, evaluate answer quality, and develop Verity. Development and evaluation exports are de-identified before use: internal identifiers are replaced with one-way hashes, the account table is not included, and mechanical filters remove email addresses and phone numbers from text where detected.

Third-party processing

Your conversations and documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude models to generate responses. Uploaded documents may be mirrored to Anthropic's file storage so Claude can read them for your requests. Anthropic's API data policies apply to that processing. Anthropic states that retained API data is not used for model training without express permission.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deletion removes your data from our live systems and from subsequent development snapshots.

Alpha disclaimer

Verity is pre-release software. Features, data flows, storage locations, and policies may change as the alpha develops. We will provide notice of material changes before they apply to continued alpha use.
